Does anyone know if i need a permit in Miami (dade county) for a garage sale?

anywhere in the U.S., posting signs and having rummage/garage sales really is illegal. since i guess its like a "sale" and you make money off it. i read about that the other day in our newspaper here in WI.

but there are still people who have them. they stated if they start to see too many signs for one sale, they will come and fine them. and if they see a sale held for a long period of time, or again & again they would be fined too.
