  1. Yes, but mexican law requires you to carry a letter of Permission from your parents signed by both and notarized.  See site below and read section on MINORS under "Entry Requirements.'


  2. it should be.  i traveled from england to america without a guardian when i was eight, so i dont think this will be a problem
