Does anyone know if placing a dryer sheet in your pocket will keep the mosquitoes away?

I have heard of this ''household tip'' and am trying to find some actual information on if and how it works.

actually rub it on your skin.... I have two young children and asked their pediatrician about it, she said that their skin is too sensitive for bug spray. It works on adults as well. I've tryed it,  I hate the smell of deet! Hope I helped some!

I don't know about dryer sheets but if you burn dried cow dung which producer's a breath taking white smoke it get's rid of every thing that fly's.
