No such thing as obstructed view at the JOE, see other question similiar for more detail.  You are just a bit further away obviously.  The sound of the sticks and players and the puck will be heard about a split second after it is struck.  AGAIN< NO OBSTRUCTED VIEW SEATS AT THE JOE PEOPLE!  GREAT SITE LINES THROUGHOUT THE JOE!

When buying the ticket especially on internet it will say if your seat has a obstructed view.

If you use seatdata.com you can get an idea of what it looks like. I didnt know that the row went so high.
