Does anyone know if someone from the WSOP 2006 passed away?

They said during one of the televise segements that one of the poker players in WSOp of 2006 only had a few months to a year to live, and that it was his first year in the WSOP.

The only person I know of recently is the great Chip Reese. It wasn't his first event though. He will forever be known as one of the greatest all around poker players of our time.

Acctualy come to think of it, it might not of been a Texas Hold 'Em tourny and it probably was Chip Reese. It could of been a H.O.R.S.E tournament. It might of been the first year that event was held. He won it. And they acctualy just named the HORSE tourny trophy after him.
