Does anyone know if the Maxfactor or NYX cosmetics are good?

Question

like eyeshadows, lipstick, lipglosses, etc? are the eyeshadows really pigemented? if not what would you all recommend with the exception of mac??

I know you are asking about eyeshadow and stuff, but I love Max Factors Foundation Stick and that is the only brand I will use of that. I like Maybelline Lipstick. Everything else I am flexible.

MAX FACTOR: UNKNOWN

NYX: YES, DEFINITELY!

Extremely smooth and pretty pigmented. It is not EXACTLY like MAC but very comparable. They are really good shadows for the price and the selection is incredible. There are lots of MAC dupes.  The staying powder is pretty good (and EXCELLENT with a primer/base).

I think their lipsticks are amazing. Extremely moisturizing with a wide range of colors. I love all their neutrals and pinks! (CHEAP TOO!) Consistency is very smooth and no funny smells or tastes =]

Lipglosses are nice because its smooth and NOT sticky!  (I use the Mega Shine line)

I think its a good bargain and a great line of makeup all around. Hope this helps!

If you meant N.Y.C, than yeah they're good and cheap:) It works well, better than some more expensive brands. For example-NYC liquid eyeliner is way better than Rimmel London's liquid eyeliner. The eyeliner is really good.

Benefit and Clinique are good brands for makeup aswell, and Clinique is the best for your face.

Benefit's lip gloss is the best.

NYX is actually a really good brand. Some of their eyeshadows are actually comparable to MAC in regard to quality. I've got a few of the eyeshadows and I'm very happy with them. The lipsticks are nice too. Really creamy and pigmented. I don't own any of the lipglosses, but I have played in them and they're awesome too. I've tried a few things from Maxfactor and I wasn't all that thrilled about it, but definitely try NYX. Milani normally has some pretty good eyeshadows too. And L'Oreal's HIP line worth checking out, but a little on the pricey side for drug store makeup. Good luck!

yes, they are 2 of the best drugstore makeup brands.

The NYX eyeshadows are really pigmented... i love them. and their blush is really good too.

i have never tried the maxx factor eyshadows, though. Maxxfactor has really good bronzers and blush.

NYX is great.  The eyeshadows work really well.  I use the NYX jumbo eyeshadow pencils as a base under the eyeshadows and the shadows look extremely vibrant.  I would absolutely recommend NYX single eyeshadows.

L'Oreal H.I.P. eyeshadow works well, too.  I own about 10 of the shadow duos and I love them.  I also have the pencil liner in blue, green, brown, and black.  The green is my favorite.  All four liners go on smooth.
