Does anyone know if the Orphan Bill passed?

I am extremely concerned about this. Does anyone know if the Orphaned bill passed? Or if it has any hope of passing in the near future?

Are your referring to the bills in the U.S. Congress related to copyrighted works where all attempts to discover the rightful owner have failed? If so, it doesn't look like either the Senate version or the version in the House have come up for a vote yet.
