no they dont when you become a member of the clergy you take a vow of poverty but they do get free food, housing, trips to missionaries or other service trips around the world

yes they do -- but it is given to their sect. Most teach school or work in medicine. Most are still given a small amount of cash monthly for personal items that they need. such as hose and sanitary products and shampoo, undergarments etc.

Source I had two aunts that were nuns( dead now)
