Does anyone know if there are stockist of an automatic door closer for a sliding door

I live in England and the ones that i have seen are all in America and dont appear to ship to the united kingdom.

Door closers are not the cheapest of items, and sliding ones even less so. This site quotes in £'s (or should that be £££'s)so presumably is UK based.
