If there is not a shop in Dreams Resort I think you can go out to the pharmacy or even to the little store in the corner WE USE ALL THOSE STUFFS DAILY!!! how do you think Mexico is?

yes there is but you pay alot for them try to go to town and get them at the gen. store it's a short walk, or get a taxi but get the price before geting in should be around 10 ps, for a round trip plus tip of 10 or 20 ps
