Does anyone know if there is an age requirement for renting a hotel room in Cancun, Mexico?

My friends wanna head out to there for springbreak and none of us are 21 but over 18.

Most of the time in cancun its 18 but some hotels during spring break require you to be 21, I have no idea why.

you have to be at least 18 with a valid license and credit card.

Minimum age requirement is 18 for renting room in Cancun. Also credit card may only be in your name, not parents.

Go to expedia.com and search for hotels there. It will tell you what the minimum age is. Most are 21 I believe, but depending on where you stay I'm sure you can find one for 18.
