Nope the animation of Ouran High School host club has ended, and I am of the knowledge that they do not plan to bring it back.

However I believe the manga is still going on.

From what I know, they don't plan to but feel free to read the manga because it carries on:) You can read the manga on www.onemanga.com, www.mangafox.com, and lots more. For me...I like all ><" but I like Tamaki and Honey-senpai.
