Does anyone know if theres a vigil for princess diana in kensington palace gardens on aug 30/31?

i have heard of people in the past staging a vigil but would like more details if anyone has them.

i know the people used to camp overnight on the eve of aug 30.

I live in California, so I would be never be able to attend one in a million years.  

But it's the ten year anniversery and I would assume that, yes, there will be a vigil.
