Nope, it would be rare to find a conversion kit. The kit would probably cost $600 too. You can search, but I doupt you will find anything. Good luck.

I think the STEN was made by Maruzen.

The Bren might have been made by TOP.

I believe they were both out of production, though.

Endoshoji sold a lot of discontinued and as-new used guns as well as new ones.
