And couldn't get to the court for a ticket (license) would they possibly grant a waiver in order to drive to the doc, take autistic daughter to school and son? Does anyone know if they even grant such a thing in Los Angeles, CA?

  1. You can contact the clerk of courts and see if they can reschedule your hearing date.  Usually, certain days and times are when they hear tickets, some are for arraignments, some for pretrial, and some for small claims.  Good Luck.

  2. Your question is very vague and leaves out many important details. It is impossible to give you an accurate answer without the important information.

For example  "you couldn't get to court" Do you mean by this statement that you missed your court appearance?  Or you have a court appearance coming up that you will not be able to attend.

It makes a big difference whether or not you already missed your appearance.

You next statement: "ticket (license)" does that mean that you were ticketed for driving on an expired license, a suspended license or you do not have a license.

Again it makes a great deal of difference.

You need to provide this kind of information before we can give you an accurate answer.
