Does anyone know if you can exchange items from next directory in a next store?

With xmas only a few weeks away i'm concerned about the replacement items not gettin here on time.

Yes you can, my mum is always doing it!!!

You can even get a gift card instead!!!

No you don't need a reciept and just tell them where you got the item from, it shouldn't matter!!!

Yes very sucessfully take the delivery note in with you as proof and make sure it is in the packaging it came in.

They are usually really helpful and you have the same rights as any shopper but you need to do it within 28 days as this is their store policy.

Ring up and ask... The store might not  have the full range that the directory has,,,
