Does anyone know if you can wash the filter in a dust buster?

Yes, I wash my often.... every week or two. Just be very delicate with it. I haven't tried the dishwasher... I would think the water pressure might be too much, but maybe not. And yes, be sure it's completely dry before replacing it, you wouldn't want mold or mildew to develope.
