Does anyone know is there any restriction on hand luggage at Heathrow?

Few months ago passengers were allowed to carry one hand luggage including laptop. I saw few people were pushing their laptop into other bag, Is this ok if i carry laptop and another hand luggage now.

I passed through there twice in March, I carried a standard carry -on bag and a large computer case, that was acceptable. Check the Heathrow Airport website and also your airlines, and recheck it right before you depart in case they change the rules.
