In my experience, the vast majority of supplies are in your home already, unless your practice is collecting tools.

bouviers is right! Little 5 points should be your first stop for wiccan shops!

While there are not signs on the doors saying "Wiccan supplies" there are stores where you will find the fundamental necessities and other items of interest for your average wiccan in Atlanta.  Crystal Blue, in little 5 Points, Phoenix and Dragon on Roswell Road and Hoot Owl's Attic on Allen Road are to name just three of the many which are in town.
