If this person is living, you might try either PeopleData.com or Zabasearch.com, but when I tried looking up his name, I didn't find anything or Zabasearch.com.  

You might also try looking on the Social Security Death Index website because it will have a list of deceased people.

***How long ago? Is this a living person?  If so, try switchboard.com or look at ancestry.com and put his name in and down at the bottom of the results page will be directories, etc.  He might be in there.
