Does anyone know of Chicago based Charity/Fundraiser events with used items (clothing)?

I just moved here from Atlanta and was wondering if anyone knows of any charity events that sells used items (kinda like a giant garage sale). In Atlanta the JR league would have a 1 day even and there were a few hospitals too. Anything like that in Chicago? Thanks!
