Anything with a particular computing/information technology Or Infection Control sections would be very useful

Would prefer magazines written in English, but European language magazines would be interesting too!

Thanks!

  1. A good starting point would be the british medical journal (you can get it online at www.bmj.com), or perhaps the lancet medicine (easy to find too).

From there you can find a whole host of journal that are more specific to your needs if you cannot find what you are looking for from those journals.

If you are looking for a specific article then something like pub med or medline which can search hundreds of journals would be rather good for you.

I only read articles in English and medline provides the vast majority in English.

  2. You need to be more specific, since there are literally hundreds of European medical journals.

For example, even this partial list have at least 50 journals whose names start with "European" (shortformed as "EUR"):

For example, I suspect the European Journal of Clinical Microbiology (EUR J CLIN MICROBIOL) will have lots of material on infection control. http://www.springer.com/biomed/medical+m...

Of course, you can also take a look at perhaps the two most famous European medical journals (if you are not limiting yourself to continental Europe):

    The Lancet: http://www.thelancet.com/

    British Medical Journal: http://www.bmj.com/

    Good luck.
