Does anyone know of a Laboratory to analyse the gazification in an energy drink.. this is for a company.?

If you are talking about the gas (CO2) in the drink to make it bubbly (effervescent) you will need a lab that can perform the following analysis, Standard Method 2810 Dissolved Gas Supersaturation.  Most labs that do analysis of environmental samples (water, soil, waste streams, etc...) will have the ability to do this analysis.  Look in the phone directory under "Laboratories, Environmental".  Be sure to mention  "Dissolved Gas Analysis" so they will understand what you are seeking.
