Does anyone know of a Photo Morphing site?

I have Paint Shop Pro and I have seen a few different sites I just want to mabey Morph one pic to another not really combining them as a stationary pic but having the ability to morph in and out of eachother also I saw a cool pic of a human turning into a animal and back to human on a site and can't remember where it was any one know where to find something like this?
