Does anyone know of a car rental company that would allow me to be listed as a driverat 19yrs of age?

My car was hit by a hit and run driver. My insurance is willing to pay for a car rental but here's the PROBLEM! In order for my insurace to pay for the car rental, I have to be listed as a driver. Most rental car companies require you to be 25 to be listed as a driver. Im only 19!!!!

You will not be able to rent a car at the age of 19.  You are still considered a major risk at that age.  By 25, the insurance companies feel that you finally have reached maturity. See if your insurance company rents out cars since they said they are willing to pay for the rental car.

There are companies that will rent to someone younger, but be prepared to pay ALOT more for your rental.  Your insurance company will probably pay something like $25/day for your rental and you are responsible for the rest of the costs.  Just keep calling around.

Enterprise, my sister got her rental from there yesterday and she is only 19 and she JUST turned 19
