Does anyone know of a company that makes the components that allow newer generation of cars to run on Electric

Question

Such as the upcoming Chevy electric?

Is it Chevy that provides that or a third party company that contributes the electric based rechargable power components?

Any help would be well appreciated.

You can get the motor and controller from EVParts.com. They aren't the ones used by Chevy, but you can convert a car to electric with them. Chevy's are proprietary to GM.
