go to best buy somtimes they have ipods marked as opened box and there purfectly fine at my local best buy theres an ipod touch for 269

u have to buy used because apple doesnt sell them at cheaper prices ask a friend who is selling one or look online try craigslist.org

Nope. Apple strictly controls the minimum price at which an authorized reseller can sell an iPod. If you find a discount, it's not from a dealer that Apple has authorized to sell the device.
