Does anyone know of a digital tv converter box I can get for about $40 (the price of the government coupon)?

There are a few listed on the form that comes with the coupon but any that are near $40 are sold out and these also carry an $11 shipping charge.

Kmart and Walmart sell one at 49. Thats the cheapest I`ve seen .
