Does anyone know of a drug interaction checker that checks herbal supplements as well?

I need to find a checker, as some of the stuff in my supplements my doctor has never really dealt with or heard of.

I don't know of any specific public (I'm assuming you want a web-based version) drug checker that does both pharmaceuticals and herbal medications.

However, I know that a pharmacy (like Walgreens/Rite Aid, even your local pharmacist) should have reference books and on-line resources that they can look up and help you out with.  

Also, you can try www.webmd.com and searching by the herbal medication and reading up on it.  Depending on the information available, sometimes they have a list of medicaitons that you shouldn't take together.

I am a pharmacist and I have helped patients/doctors with there herbal/drug interactions questions.
