Does anyone know of a family named, Kelley, Kelly, or O'Kelly that...?

had 13 children, 12 boys and one girl? the kids most likely born between the years of 1880-1910. Am looking for the parents of Joseph Lawrence Kelley, who used the spelling Kelly also. Was in the Navy most of his life and was a hard-hat deep water diver, last known rank Chief Torpedoman. Was in the area of R.I. in 1926 when my mother was born.

Ceallaigh may be a name you should look into.  It's the original Gaelic version of Kelly, just so you know, it might help.
