Does anyone know of a fix for a problem with my Toshiba TV (model #32A33)?

We bought a brand new Toshiba 32" tube TV about 3 to 3 1/2 years ago. Two weeks ago it started freaking out. It automatically switches between TV, Video 1 and Video 2. It scrolls through the menu in English and Spanish. The volume is loud and we cannot adjust it. The TV does not respond to the remote control. We have changed the batteries and depressed all buttons. The TV also acts like it's rebooting itself and it says "Advanced Technology for Toshiba" or something to that effect. It may repeat that four or five times. Then it shows a screen that says "Rating Exceeded". The TV is not consistent on what it does. Sometimes it may do all of the things that I listed above, and sometimes it may only do some of them. We will be right in the middle of watching something and then it switches to another mode.

Please help!

You may have to go ahead and repair your television. Sorry I wasn't of more help. :(
