Does anyone know of a free/cheap airbrush program capable of editing out double chins etc?

Basically what it says on the tin, have some pics of me and my bf taken recently, they're the only pics i have and would like to edit out the nasty little double chin and tidy them up etc before posting them on facebook!

GIMP is a good free picture editing program. It works like photoshop. There are also several tutorials on how to use it on youtube.

These programs are not magic, You need to learn how to use the different options. Sorry they are not a one click fix.
