Does anyone know of a good Dance Studio in Dallas, TX?

Question

I'm looking for a good inexpensive Dance Studio in Dallas, TX. When I move down there I won't have a car, so my main mode of transportation will be by metro. I'll be close to the downtown area, so a dance studio near there would be preferred. I'm interested in talking Adult Modern Jazz and even some cardio classes like Zoomba. Does anyone know where I could for this?? Your help is greatly appreciated!
