Does anyone know of a good PCB layout program that will let me test my PCB on the computer?

I like making PCBs as a hobby, so knowing if my PCB will work would be great before actually printing out the PCB and making it, then finding out that it doesn't work.

Most circuit simulators will allow you to do that, at least from the circuit schematic. I use QUCS, which is free at http://qucs.sf.net/ , and I think Spice can do that too.
