Does anyone know of a good african american or dominican hair salon in the Scottsdale, AZ area?

I'm moving to the Scottsdale, AZ area, and will be needing to find a good hair stylist and colorist. I have very coarse, very thick (at times very dry), natural african american hair (4a, 4b texture). Does anyone know of any GOOD salons that I could look into? If not in the Scottsdale area, I would be willing to drive to any city in Maricopa county. Thanks!
