I need to find a brand of hair bleach that I can use on my body that actually works well. I have tried the Sally Hanson brand and the CVS brand, and it bleaches part of the hair pretty well, but the part closest to my skin always seems to remain dark. These two bleaches were the kind that i had to mix with an "activator" which i think is ammonia or something, and they seem to get all bubbly so its hard to actually get it to stick to my skin. Does anyone know of a better brand of bleach that will bleach the whole hair? are there any out there that i don't have to mix with other things? thanks
