Does anyone know of a good labor DVD ?

there aren't really any birthing classes around here. I was hoping to take a bradly or Lamaze class, but I'm beginning to think that's not going to be possible. So I was wondering if anyone knew of a DVD class for either Lamaze or Bradley methods. I have books with really good illustrations, but it would be nice to have someone actually showing you what to do.
