My husband and I bought the Chicco system and love it.  It is light weight and easy to use.  I don't have much arm strength, so I had to get one where I could lift the baby at 20 lbs. plus the car seat.  They can be found at Target and babies r us.

I've always been happy with my Graco system.  On their website you can view dimentions and weights for all of their products.  I use one that was sold as a travel system--Snugride seat and stroller.  I later found out that the more compact strollers Graco sells are also compatible with the Snugride seat, so you can choose a combination that works for you.

Don't forget to take ease of use into consideration.  I borrowed a carseat frame for a trip, thinking that since it's smaller it would be more convenient.  I regretted this, since the frame is much harder to fold one-handed, and doesn't stand freely as the stroller does.  When you go to the store to try out strollers, practice folding and unfolding them, as well as snapping the car seat on and off.
