Does anyone know of a good live football streaming website?

Question

Basically I can't install Sopcast, it tells me to do it over and over again, and before the football season starts, I want to find a decent website to watch live football on. What I've seen so far is terrible quality streams, and one even has a chat room, slowing it down to h**l and back.

Can anyone please help me find something decent? :]
