Does anyone know of a good reflexology charts?

I'm especially interested in foot reflexology and women's reflexology (my girlfriend gets the worst pains... well, you get the idea).

This is a full disclosure. My publisher produced interactive reflexology charts to promote our books. They are free but like I said they promote our books.

I really like these charts for teaching people reflexology areas on the feet and hands. The IT guy, Graham Todman, who develop them did a great job because they are fun to use. (There is even a widget for your desktop or blog or whatever.)

The only downside is that the reproductive reflex areas are on the sides of the foot. There are charts that show the sides of the foot. They are easily found through Google.

I am very uncomfortable with this. I hope it does not violate community guidelines. But these charts are free and accessible to anyone.

I have a great chart here at home but I'm not sure who makes them. The female areas are around the entire ankle, but especially right beneath the ankle on the inside of the foot. You'll want to rub it very gently. Those areas are really sensitive especially when it's that time of the month so be really careful. Also for heavy cramps or bleeding you'll want to hold the nail of the big toe, the side towards the other toes. That's actually a shiatsu move not a reflexology move, but it will help. "good" reflexology charts is an oxymoron.

Reflexology is nonsense based on 18th century science and majick.
