Me wee! There are many restaurants in the capital off frog land! Ask anyone with garlic breath? Ooh la! La! A favourite is La pissing merde! Or something like that?

Yes my personal favorite I go to every week at least 2! it is by the garden Luxembourg it is called Le Rostand! It has so many choices! My twin sister and I go all the time we love it!

I should think, go out of your hotel, turn right or left, and enter the first eating establishment you find.  You're in Paris for crying out loud!

Maxim's.  Is that still open?  They have always had an excellent reputation.  

Les Deux Magots.  I've heard that's a really nice place.  It's, like first on this list.

*Edit*  I just looked over the list...Tour D'Argent...that was the other one I was trying to remember I had heard was excellent.  It's number 7.

There are loads of great resturants in Paris.  It depends on exactly what kind of food you are into.  The Bastille area is very foody so I would try there.

Just make sure you choose a restaurant where there are lots of French people. Avoid fast food places. Try to speak French, they always like to see you make the effort. I found loads of restaurants around Place de la Republique. If you're more central you can get off the metro at I think it's Chatelet Les Halles. There are some really good traditional french restaurants around there.
