  1. ya,

    For u its drain no. 2 !

    lol..............

    don't take it seriously !

  2. Try Santini in SW1 its a good italian if thats any help

    regards Chris

  3. The Goring Hotel in Beeston Place has the best hotel food in London.

For a fun meal with lots of atmosphere try La Tasca in the shopping precinct near the Victoria Palace theatre.

  4. try Wasabi! Great sushi

  5. Try Bluebird, on Kings Road.  Quality food, cool atmosphere, friendly staff.  About £20-45 per person depending on how much food you can fit in and how many bottle of chanpagne you have.

Go to www.toptable.co.uk for details on this and loads of other restaurants.

  6. The restaurants close to Victoria Station are all about the same quality. Walk towards Sloane Square and you have more choices. It all depends on how much you want to spend and what type of food you want.

  7. what kind of food?

B-bar is a cocktail bar which serves nice food

Ask - Generally ok and reasonably priced

Mango Tree - Thai place, absolutely lovely and amazing, its just up grosvenor place, lovely and about £25 per head (inc wine)

  8. There are lots of cafes and restaurants near Victoria. However, they have a captive trade because of the various stations and the tourists, and you may get better value by going a little further afield. It does not take long to go a station or two along the underground. If you go westwards along the Circle you get to areas like South Kensington that have many good restaurants.

If you want somewhere very basic indeed there are a couple of cafes alongside the Coach Station which are better value than the various chains you will find on the Railway Station and round about. But you wouldn't go for a meal out at them!

For a good restaurant you can go to for a family event or to entertain for business purposes, I don't know of anywhere particular but suggest you look up the "Good Food Guide 2006" which has reports on restaurants in London listed by area (and with a map), describing what food they offer and what it is like.

If you have a fortune to spend, Victoria is not far from Park Lane which has international class hotels, like the Connaught and the Dorchester, whose restaurants have up to three Michelin rosettes. You will get one of the best meals possible in the world, with prices to match.

  9. Depends how much you want to spend per head.

Yo-sushi is in Victoria Station itself - just opened v.trendy conveyor belt service + hot dishes too - fun eating. About £15.00 per head

There's Ask/Bella Italia/Thai/Garfunkels all within 2 mins of Victoria Stn.

  10. The two are incompatible.
