Does anyone know of a good site for indentifying bird feathers?

A lady at work here in arkansas hit a bird at night and I was trying to identify this bird by its feather. Looks like it was a large bird. But cant figure out what it could be. Its a greyish feather with bb size white spots and the white spots are outlined with a darker grey almost black rings.

There isn't a good feather website that I know of. Maybe if you post a picture here someone can recognize it. White spots suggest to me this might have been a juvenile bird, lots of young birds have spotted plumage (Eastern Bluebird). How big is large? Like a hawk or a crow, or a blue jay?
