I'm so sick and tired of shopping at Giant and my local natural food shop. And it definately needs to be vegan friendly. It needs to have somewhat of a good selection. And vegan friendly resturants in the area.

Thanks in advance all!

  1. Look for a whole foods. I go to harrys farmers market(its run by whole foods) for more vegan options than the average giant grocery store. They are big, but they have more vegan friendly stuff.

  2. http://happycow.net has listings of health food stores and vegan restaurants all over the country.

  3. I live near Harrisburg and our Giant is actually is where I shop.  Check "whole foods" in the phone book...or "health foods".  If you are ever in Harrisburg you should try Chef Wong's on Progress Ave.  It's a Chinese place if you couldn't tell from the name and they have a fantastic bean curd and vegetables.  It's about 8.00 and it's enough for 2.  They also have a tofu vegetable soup for 2 for only 4.25.  The atmosphere is nice- dimly lit, cloth tablecloths and napkins, friendly staff, GREAT prices and food to die for.
