my daughter was pre-reading by the age of 3 from using that website alone.  She actually could use it all by herself and they have printed worksheets for letters, but I don't think they have numbers.

Good preschool centers engage children in experiential learning and do not use worksheets.  It is better for children to use items they can manipulate rather than 2-d paper activities unless it is for assessment purposes.
