  1. www.elance.com is a good site to find free lance consultants on almost any topic.

  2. I don't 'know' anyone that specifically does what you want to do but here is a suggestion. There are several software programs that can be obtained at most office supply stores. One that we have available is an older version of Business Plan Pro along with a companion program called Marketing Plan Pro. Both are from PaloAlto Software. I'm sure they are still selling the product therefore at a very modest cost you can generate your own plan with it (or other similar programs). The experience in doing it yourself will be invaluable because it will make you think and become aware of a great many pitfalls that could be overlooked by entrepreneurs thus better preparing you for success rather than be taken by surprise (which could lead to an early demise of your new entity). Good luck and much success.

  3. I'd check a few search engines such as google, altavista or yahoo.

  4. prettybrowneyes,

A professional writer will cost you.  The best way I know of to develop a business plan is to look at sample plans and templates for similar businesses, and then write it yourself.

There's a good article at eHow that covers the ABC's of how to get sample plans and use them as a starting point for your own business plan:

How to Use Sample Business Plans

I think you'll find this a great way to get started.

    Best of luck.
