Go across the bay bridge to Kent Island. Harris's Crab house, The Jetty, or The Fisherman's Wharf. They are all at the Narrows and great places to sit outside right on the water.

annapolis stinks. It smells like rotten cabbage dipped in sulfer. It's nasty.
