Does anyone know of a great wedding shop other than David's Bridal?

I would like something that is online for viewing, but also a physical store to try things on. I want to buy bridesmaids dresses but I'd like a big variety as I want them to all be wearing different dresses but the same color and fabric. The problem is that I live in Wyoming. Some places accessible to me are Billings, Montana, Denver, CO and I have one bridesmaid in Minneapolis where she could have access to a store for fitting and things.

there are tons of options and you can order all over the country at different shops and even online!

Really beautiful gowns and the prices are really reasonable!

  4. Check out Maggie Sottero gowns, they are beautiful!  If you see one you like then go to the "store locator" and find a store in your area that has it.  If you just want to find a store and try on a bunch of dresses try googling "bridal store in -name of town-.

Many stores carry this line--it's a great line.  I work in a bridal salon, and love this line.  Moderately priced, well made, and they will make any of their dresses in any color--they need 6-12 weeks usually for orders, but I've RARELY had to wait the full 12 weeks.  What you can have your maids do is find the salon that is local to them that carries the line.  They can find this information online at the website.  They need to explain to the sales consultant that they are looking for a bridesmaids dress that will be ordered by another retailer.  You will need to place the order for all dresses at the same time, this way they'll all be cut from the same dye lot, and the color will be the same.  You'll need to decide ahead of time of the fabric, so that if you're picking the satin, they're not looking at the chiffon dresses.  The retailer they work with should get their measurements, and give them the style number and size to order.  You'll then order all the dresses.  I've usually had all the dresses just sent to our store--but if it would be easier to have the dresses shipped to another retailer, check into that, I've never done it but that's not to say it can't be done.  Each retailer handles alterations differently, our store doesn't have a seamstress on staff, we refer our clients out to a couple we know and trust, but many stores do have a seamstress in their store.  If the store that's local to them doesn't have a seamstress that can handle the alterations, then they should be able to refer them to someone.  Hope this all helps!  I know it's complicated with maids living all over the country--but this line of dresses works out great for that problem--and it's NOT David's either!

    Good luck!
