  1. Gin Kaku Sushi, which is located at 1348 Hornby Street.

  2. Try Tojo on West Boardway.  Very fresh and very natural ingredients, but a bit pricey.

  3. Did you mean "wild" as non-farmed?

If this is the case, Ika: Squid, Ebi: Cooked Shrimp, Maguro: Tuna, Saba: Mackerel, Tako: Octopus, Toro: Fatty Tuna, Hamachi: Yellowtail & Fugu: Puffer Fish are never farmed.

As for Sake: Salmon, it is rarely used farmed, because Japanese  restaurants prefer Pacific Salmon, but majority of the farmed is the Atlantic one.

If you mean fresh, as opposed to frozen, you are out of luck since by Japanese standards Salmon and Tuna have to be frozen before used in Sashimi.

Therefore you can go to almost any Japanese restaurant to satisfy your urge for a "fresh" fish.

  4. At shiro restuarant the head chef goes to the fish market everyday for fresh fish. heres the site
