Does anyone know of a local friendly real estate agent who specializes in St. James Montego Bay, in Jamaica?

My husband and I are currently looking for a small house or property. We are local to Jamaica so we are looking for an agent who works well with Jamaicans and can show us properties in price ranges of $JMD not $USD. Or if you know of any developments in St. James that we should look into that would help also.
